Kottakkunnu is a tourist destination in the state of Kerala located at Malappuram. Stationed right at the heart of the city, Kottakkunnu attracts large number of domestic as well as international tourists.




Kottakkunnu, Known as Marine Drive of Malappuram is a hill garden. Kottakkunnu park contains an Open Air theater, Lalitha Kala Academy Art gallery, a water theme park, Adventure Park, Kids traffic park, Balloon Park, 16D Cinema.





There is Water fountain and Laser show on every weekends and on festivals like Eid, Onam, New year eve etc. At Kottakkunnu one can see traces of the first fort built by the Zamorins.


This tourism destination turned historic hill attracts lakhs of people per annum. This scenic table-top location is located at the crest of the Cantonment Hill near the District Collectorate in the heart of Malappuram city and 51 km from Kozhikode,12 km from Kottakkal, 25 km from Karipur Airport.

Vazhachal Falls

Vazhachal Falls is situated in Athirappilly Panchayath of Thrissur district in Kerala on the southwest coast of India.





Located on the west-flowing Chalakudy River near the Vazhachal Forest Division and at the edge of the Sholayar ranges, it is just 5 km from entrance of Athirappilly Falls. It is located 36 km from Chalakudy.

Sheikh Zayed Mosque

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is located in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, and is considered to be the key site for worship in the country.




The project was launched by the late president of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who wanted to establish a structure that would unite the cultural diversity of the Islamic world with the historical and modern values of architecture and art. His final resting place is located on the grounds beside the same mosque. The mosque was constructed from 1996 to 2007. It is the largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates. The building complex measures approximately 290 m (960 ft) by 420 m (1,380 ft), covering an area of more than 12 hectares (30 acres), exclusive of exterior landscaping and vehicle parking.





As the country's grand mosque, it is the key place of worship for Friday gathering and Eid prayers. During Eid it may be visited by more than 41000 people.



Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center (SZGMC) offices are located in the west minarets. SZGMC manages the day-to-day operations, as a place of worship and Friday gathering, and also a center of learning and discovery through its educational cultural activities and visitor programs.

Athirappilly Falls

Athirappilly Falls is situated in Athirappilly panchayath, Chalakudy Taluk in of Thrissur district, Kerala on the southwest coast of India.





Athirappilly Falls is the largest waterfall in Kerala and is nicknamed "The Niagara of India".





Controversy about a state-proposed hydroelectric dam on the Chalakudy River above the waterfalls began in the 1990s and has continued through 2011.

Festival Fireworks of Kerala

The most spectacular show during the Pooram is the magnificent and thunderous fireworks that takes place during the late hours of evening.





The fireworks is of a class of its own among such fireworks shows of Kerala temple festivals.



The show is enjoyed by tens thousands of people gathered from various parts of the Kerala.
